Chairs Statement

Red Rose Forest is constantly evolving, so that it is able to deliver against regional and national targets and become an important part of the transformation of the Northwest of England. But whilst tremendous work is being carried out on a strategic level to promote the Forest, Red Rose Forest continues to make a real difference to the lives of thousands of local people through many ongoing projects.

The Red Rose Forest website reflects the broad range of areas that Red Rose Forest is working in, exceeding targets and playing an important role in the environmental regeneration of a large part of Greater Manchester and beyond, across the whole of the Northwest region. As Chairman of Red Rose Forest I am delighted to be part of this work and I urge you to demonstrate your support, as the Red Rose Forest Partnership continues to excel in the field of environmental regeneration for many years to come.
