Tony is the Forest Director and has over 20 years experience in the sector. Prior to joining Red Rose Forest at its inception in 1991 he worked for the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers and the Woodland Trust. He has overall responsibility for the initiative and focuses particularly on strategic direction and governance of the Forest Partnership, as well as resources and partnership management. Tony is also the Company Secretary of Community Forests North West Ltd which is the charitable company that supports the work of the Red Rose Forest, Pennine Edge Forest and The Mersey Forest.
