Andrew has worked as Woodlands Officer at Red Rose Forest since 1999.  His main responsibilities concern the facilitation of appropriate management of existing woods and the creation of new woodlands.  He advises local authorities, government agencies and farmers on woodland issues.  He is Red Rose Forest’s main contact for GIS and woodland matters and has run woodland management training courses for local authority employees and volunteers.
